DWARF THANE RECRUITMENT AND ONE OTHER ISSUE.

Hi,

           The Dwarfs have 2 buildings that say that enables Thanes, the Mustering Hall and the Hall of Oaths, but as far as I have seen only the Hall of Oaths is increasing the number of available Thanes I can recruit. I'm playing the vanilla version of the game with the latest DLC/patch released by CA.

With the Empire, once I build a Tier 3 barrack, the number of Empire Captains I can recruit is increased by 1. With the Dwarves, once I build a Tier 3 barrack, it enables the recruitment of Thanes, but the number I can recruit is not increased. can you check that please?
